Quality care close to home! Dr. Aladin & his staff are friendly and efficient. You’re never in the waiting room for more than 5 minutes before they call you back for your appointment! Having access to the online portal to request refills, message the doctor, request referrals and view lab results is phenomenal!

I have had appointments at several other primary care clinics, but none of them matched my awesome experience here. Not only was the receptionist and staff overall very friendly and accommodating, my doctor did a great job in walking me through my normal check-up and making me feel at home and comfortable. I also thought the entire facility was very clean and modern, which unfortunately can be a problem at other clinics. I have already recommended my doctor to friends and family and will continue to do so!

Been going to Primary Care and seeing Dr. Allison Curran for almost a year. I first walked in to bring a friend to her appt and I was immediately taken by how kind she and the other nurses were and how on top of everything they were. I knew I had to switch doctors and I'm so glad I did. Allison is amazingly sweet and kind and always puts me at ease. I feel like I'm visiting a friend sometimes. She's that amazing with people. The nurses deserve as much credit as well. They've always been so sweet and personable. One of the best offices in Joliet.

I’m new to this practice. I started coming here about a year ago, and the staff is friendly. My old doctor diagnosed me with high blood pressure a few years back and gave me some medications to help control that. I was spending roughly $80 a month on these medications. She said these were the best drugs for me. I switched over for a second opinion, and the nursing staff explained that I’m spending a lot because my old doctor gave me brand name medications. They spent some time with my pharmacy to find some generic medications that work just as well. Now I’m only spending about $10 a month, and my blood pressure is back to normal. Thanks Guys!

Dr.Aladin and his team in Wilmington are terrific. I always have a great experience there, the administration staff is always so helpful and friendly. I truly trust that I'm in good hands, as Dr.Aladin listens to my concerns and addresses any issues immediately. The helow app has been a great tool for communication also, he always responds to any questions I may have. I highly recommend Dr.Aladin if you're looking for quality care and service.

First of all I have to say Chris is thee best phlebotomy nurse EVER! And the staff are all very sweet and caring. Dr. Aladin doesn't mess around and gets to the bottom of your ailments and has a good bedside manner!

Haven't had a primary in years, but I'm having surgery so I needed to get clearance. Joliet Primary Care fit me in very quickly (compared to most doctor's offices). No wait time, they were ready for me right at my appointment time. Everyone was super friendly, and made me feel comfortable. They were able to do every test I needed same day in office. All together I was only there an hour! Very pleasant experience

Dr. Aladin and the entire staff at Primary Care Joliet are beyond amazing. I never feel rushed, and he always asks if I have any other questions. He’s awesome. Also, when he knew my medication was expensive on my insurance, he looked up what competing pharmacies charged with GoodRX and printed me out the prices – saved me lots! They also have an online portal to see all of your information and you can book your appointment online!

Long story short dr D ( is what I’m calling her) over at the Chicago st location is just RUDE AF. She has very poor communication skills. The whole office has a lack of communication period. However the location on essington is EVERYTHING!!!! Every time I come in here I don’t have to worry about anything what so ever. I’m comfortable and at ease … I get in … get scene.. and get out… Dr. Lisa and Dr Allison are just AMAZING. This is definitely my new healthcare place.

Melissa Morales is very professional, very thorough and she takes time to explain lab results in a way her patients understand. Melissa is very knowledgeable and I am confident and at peace that she’s my medical provider that’s why I recommended her to my mother and mother in law. Her assistant Paula is very professional, very polite and very respectful to us. They always treat us with dignity. She’s always with smile that makes our day great. We had appointment today and my mother was sad to see different assistant that my mother asked me “ Where is Paula?” Someone took us to the room and took our weights. So when Paula entered the room, my mother was so happy to see her. Melissa and Paula are both amazing in their chosen profession and we can’t imagine us seeing different medical provider. We look forward to our next visit because of them. They are assets to Primary Care Joliet. And we hope that we will have more years to see them. Thank you Melissa and Paula for everything you do.

I've been a patient here for 3 years. No complaints!! The staff at the front desk are friendly and very helpful. Always smiling and they remember who I am before I get to counter. Nursing assistant is always friendly and courteous to my needs. My Nurse Practitioner is awesome!! Always spot on with diagnosis. Very thorough and easy to understand. She does amazing with me with my speech and hearing problems. I fully recommend using their team of physicians.

Melisa is a wonderful provider. She makes me feel heard and takes a genuine interest in my wellbeing. She cares for all aspects of her patient (health, finances and mental health). I've been going to her for probably close to a decade and I dont want to go to anyone else. I moved an hour away and I still make the drive to see her because a provider like her is hard to find. I would recommend her as a provider to anyone.

I go to this practice specifically for Danielle Ratazak NP I met her in Coal City at a different practice, when she left there I followed her here. I have been with her for the last 9 years!! I think she is the best!! If she ever leaves this practice I will follow wherever she goes!! If you go here ask for Danielle Ratazak NP!!! She will always listen no matter what! I have never had an issue with making appointments, I always get in or a call if I need script refills she will make sure they are filled before you run out!!! I'm telling you she is one of the BEST!!!
