Why should you use our urgent care services? In addition to receiving expert care from our staff, there are personal benefits to you:

• Less expensive: Your co-pay for urgent care services is much lower than what you would pay in a local emergency room. Why should you pay high ER rates when you can obtain many of the same services at our main office at 2025 S. Chicago St. in Joliet or Westside Office.
  
  
• Convenient hours: Our urgent care services are available Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. - 9 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. You can walk in without an appointment anytime and avoid the long waiting time of an ER.

• Fast access to your records: If you have already visited our office, your medical history and records are in our electronic mecial records. So when you arrive for urgent care, we can quickly access your records, understand your medical needs and provide appropriate care. Upon completion of your urgent care treatment, we will forward your medical record to your attending physician if requested.

Of course, if your situation is critical (such as a possible heart attack or stroke), please call 911 immediately or proceed to your nearest ER. We want you to be safe and receive the right level of care. Simply notify our staff after your ER visit so that we are aware of your latest treatment.
